These terms govern your use of StoreViewer (the "App") and this website. By purchasing or using StoreViewer, you agree to these terms.

License grant

Upon purchase, you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StoreViewer on the number of devices permitted by your plan:

• StoreViewer License — activation on 1 device.
• StoreViewer Team License — activation on up to 10 devices.

Licenses are billed annually. You may deactivate a device at any time from within the App to free up an activation for another device.

Acceptable use

StoreViewer is provided for viewing publicly accessible websites in browser panes within the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App, including viewing third-party websites, complies with those websites' own terms of use and applicable law.

No warranty

StoreViewer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website you view.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with StoreViewer, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
