License & activation issues
Each license can be activated on a limited number of devices (1 for the standard license, 10 for the Team license). If you need to move your license to a new computer, open StoreViewer, go to Settings, and click "Deactivate this device" — this frees up the activation so you can use your license key on another machine.
If you've lost access to a device before deactivating it, contact us and we can help reset your activation.
Common questions
- StoreViewer is available for macOS, with Windows support on the way.
- Your workspace configuration (regions, layout, and saved profiles) is stored locally on your device.
- Free updates are included for the duration of your active license.
Refunds
If StoreViewer isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
